Empowering the Next Generation of Church Leaders

Vox Residency Applications Will Open on November 1, 2025.

What is the Vox Residency?

The Vox Residency exists to equip, train, and empower the next generation of ministry leaders in the Church. Residents will gain practical ministry experience, guidance from ministry experts, biblical and theological training, and discipleship that will cultivate their gifts to serve the Church.

Who is the Residency for?

The Vox Residency is designed for two groups of people:

  1. You men or women ages 18–20 who have finished high school, are discerning a potential call to ministry and would like to take a “gap-year”  to explore that ministry call more deeply.

  2. Young men or women ages 21–25 who have sensed a call to ministry and would like to give 1 or 2 years to get practical ministry experience and Biblical/Theological training. Individuals in this group may or may not have completed their undergraduate degree. For those who have an undergraduate degree, graduate school seminary credits will be available through the program.
